Lumina supports two in-app withdrawal methods, both initiated directly from the app.
Your first two withdrawals in each calendar month are free, regardless of method. Additional withdrawals in the same month carry a fee that depends on the method. These fees are charged by IBKR, which holds your funds; Lumina receives no portion of them.
Linked bank account (ACH)
The simplest option. You link your bank account once, then initiate withdrawals directly from Lumina.
Speed: same day or next day.
Cost: free for your first two withdrawals each calendar month; $1.00 for additional withdrawals in the same month.
Wire transfer
For larger withdrawals. Funds are sent directly to your bank via wire.
Speed: same day or next day.
Cost: free for your first two withdrawals each calendar month; $10.00 for additional wires in the same month. Your bank may also charge a fee for receiving a wire.
